All you need to do is:
- Wash your bottle and pipette with soap and water, and leave to dry
- Package up the dry bottle and pipette with your name inside the parcel
- Drop us an email at hello@sofialatif.com with the subject line ‘I want to return my empties‘ and we will send you a pre-paid Hermes label
- There is a tracking number on the pre-paid Hermes label, please keep a note of this
- Take your parcel to your local Hermes Parcelshop where they will scan it and give you a receipt
- When we receive your parcel we will email you your 25% OFF discount code
