It may seem strange that I am sharing my menopause library with you, especially when this is a skincare website, but peri-menopause and menopause both have a massive impact on our wellbeing, and how we view ourselves. I champion building confidence in yourself and others, so I must acknowledge this inevitable phase of life. I struggled to find reliable information when going through menopause myself. My GP was helpful but not nearly as knowledgeable as some of these experts, who are trained professionals in hormone and menopause health. I’ll keep adding to the list as I discover more; I admit the list is not very diverse and will work to remedy this. I hope you find my menopause library of experts useful and helpful to you.
