How to use
The best time to use our face and eye oils are at night, when skin rests, recovers, and rejuvenates. They are suitable for all skin types – use less if you have oily skin, more if your skin is dry. If your skin is hypersensitive then you may find the essential oils are not suitable.
Warm a few drops of face oil in your hands, and massage on to cleansed skin, following the direction of the arrows in our diagram. Tap the eye oil roller once or twice on socket under eye to dispense some oil, then using your ring finger gently tap and massage along the socket and brow bone until the oil is absorbed.
Use your Gua sha tool 2-3 times a week to start seeing results. Always use with a generous application of face oil to ensure the Gua sha tool glides on skin. Angle the Gua sha tool so it is flat to the skin and glide along skin moving from the centre of the face upwards and outwards in the direction shown in the diagram. Hold skin with the opposite hand so skin isn’t stretched or pulled. The aim is to use gentle pressure and glide the tool in a combination of short and long strokes to give your face muscles a deep massage.
